This statement is provided pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. AfterLuna is committed to full compliance with all applicable record-keeping requirements related to the production, distribution, and display of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct.
2. Content Classification
AfterLuna provides three categories of content, each with a distinct compliance status under § 2257:

3. Certification of Compliance
All individuals depicted in photographic content provided through AfterLuna were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production. Proper identification and age verification records are maintained for all models appearing in any visual content on the platform.

5. Exemptions & Inapplicability
Certain content on AfterLuna is exempt from § 2257 record-keeping requirements as it does not constitute a "visual depiction" of actual sexually explicit conduct:
- AI-generated text: Text-based chat content involves no visual depiction of actual persons.
- AI-synthesized voice: Audio-only content contains no visual element and does not depict any actual person.
- Platform UI elements: Interface design assets, icons, and decorative graphics are not depictions of actual conduct.
6. Age Verification of Depicted Individuals
All models appearing in photographic content have been verified as being at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of production through government-issued photographic identification. Records maintained include:
- Legal name of each depicted individual
- Date of birth
- Any alias or stage names used
- Date of production of the content
Records are cross-referenced at the time of content onboarding to ensure accuracy and completeness.
7. Reporting Violations
If you believe any content on AfterLuna violates the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, please contact us immediately at support@afterluna.com with the subject line "2257 Violation Report." Include a detailed description of the content in question and we will investigate promptly.
8. Penalties & Enforcement
Violations of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 carry severe penalties, including substantial fines and imprisonment. AfterLuna takes compliance with this statute seriously and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of any violations.
9. Records Retention
All § 2257 records are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last publication of the associated content, or as required by applicable law, whichever period is longer. Records are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel and lawful inspectors.
